Hospital is a difficult place to be especially when loosing your mind but VT staff help you tremendously they are kind compassionate and always available to talk and reassure The team is very well led by Matron and the Captain really approachable doctors Dr Berrera Joe and K all very good men and listen to me and take seriously my problems Food was good housekeepers work hard keeping the place clean better showers would be nice The PSI groups really helped me understanding mental health and how to get better, Imogen and Karlie run them brilliantly I also liked Holly’s morning group really helps you to chill and start the day on a good note, Matron asked me what can we do better but I think your great and really helped me so thank you

This ward is very good the staff are smart friendly and kind the Matron is an exceptional women so busy but always has time to speak to us when we visit, all the staff are wonderful and have cared for our son so well we will never forget what you have done It is difficult to visit at first I was very anxious but a lovely lady called Ella met us on the first visit and we quickly were made welcome and felt safe and supported offered a cup of tea and there was always staff close by some of the patients were noisy and we were a bit anxious but we watched how staff were there to help everyone Thank you to everyone and we must always value the NHS

Great team great doctors Matron and housekeepers all cool Paul is a good new manager listens and available, HCA are all brilliant Matron leads a good team I felt cared for and respected Food ok ward is too hot and showers need cleaning more regularly

I had my own space and at times I felt controlled. I met good staff and enjoyed regular company. There was a causes before the ray hospital admission with support. I will age later with my in my plant. I had a collapse I was not was not high. I appreciate it could be my own food. On the ward people could be trusted and my possessions were safe. In the cafe a fuse was stolen.

I struggled with my mental health for a long time but thanks to the occupational therapists and nurses in the team I learned to move from from the dreadful place I was in and enjoy things in my life again.
